My experience here was quite interesting, but I am more than satisfied with the quality, and wouldn't recommend going to any other repair service--many of which don't have legitimate guarantees because they are on Craigslist or done privately inside someone's home.

This is a shop run by a family. They really went out of their way to ensure that I would walk out a happy customer with a fully working product in my hands.

Just as I lost all hope because my phone was out of warranty, I found this place on Google. I drove here during my lunch break to fix my iPhone 4's unresponsive home button. They informed me that it would take 45min and up to 1 hour, and also suggested a delicious Italian place to occupy my time since I told them I was on a 1 hour break.

I returned, and they gave me back my phone, which had a perfectly working home button again! but WAIT... there was some damage done to my screen which had not been there before. They said they didn't notice this when putting the phone back together, but immediately took full responsibility and assured that I would get a brand new screen. Too bad my 1 hour lunch break was up... but WAIT, they offered to drive the phone to my work after they were finished with the repair! So I went back to work and waited patiently for my phone to return. They drove my phone out to me, apologized, and gave me 4 free screen protectors!

Despite the whole experience taking longer than expected, what I really appreciated the most was that I could tell they REALLY cared and went out of their way to make sure I was happy--perfectly working home button, brand new screen, new screen protectors, highly reasonable prices, and TOP-NOTCH service? How can I not give this place 5 stars?

Thank you guys! For the second time around (fixing my broken and irreparable I-phone  2mos ago) you made me happy and satisfied. You have proved yourselves for an A + work on my I-pad today. 

When my daughter brought me the other night the broken I-pad my first thought was "iTech Repair Plus".  I'm confident you guys could fix it right away, but money was the issue. But you all made it happen due to your affordable service fees! Keep up the good work. 5 Stars for a fantabulous (fantastic & fabulous) service!

I had an excellent experience and my phone looks perfect now.

This store has great hours and the turn around is about 30-45 minutes. The guy at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly. You may also enjoy the convenience of the donut shop next door.

Oh my goodness, the repair job was amazing. It is flawless. I was expecting there to be some minor noticeable differences, and I gave the phone a very, very careful inspection. It looks perfect. I'm absolutely amazed.

They accept credit and they don't charge, which is always nice.

So I changed the screen on mi iPhone 4 last night and like the professional that I am, tore the ribbon to the charger. Drove over to iTech to see if they can help. Walked and there was someone to help me right away. Explained to them what happened and they said that it was not problem. Gave me the out the dorr price, which was fair. Handed them the phone and they started working on it right away. Great customer service and great job.

Same day service amazing about a 40 minute wait but I'm impressed by the results thankyou guys would defiantly refer  you to friends and family .

iTech Repair Plus , is great, phemnominal service, best pricing and fast service. They are everything apple and I recommend that you come here first before you go to apple store to get something fixed .
